Business Performance Analyst

in

San Diego, CA . This role provides management reporting and analysis of portfolio growth and sales activities for assigned business groups.Job Requirements:

Creates and analyzes financial statements and other financial documents or data to aid management in decision-making process.Responsible to complete analysis in one or more of the following areas: cost analysis, profitability, pricing, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, or reconciliation utilizing related analytical tools and procedures.Responsible for financial analysis of business transactions and planning cycle activities.Prepares short and long-term financial planning reports of key performance indicators, ad hoc analysis reports, economic valuations, and cost-benefit information.Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field and 4+ years experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgets, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.Extensive knowledge of financial analysis practices, principles, applications, and analysis methods.Must have strong analytical skills.Ability to develop financial models.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prepare oral and written reports.Ability to work in a heavily deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.Ability to identify, research, coordinate, and resolve issues.Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.Works effectively with co-workers and both internal and external customers.Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Benefits:
