And today we encourage you to apply to become a part of this outstanding creative team.The RoleThe Motion Media Graphic Designer supports the Associate Creative Director with a focus on motion design, video editing, sound editing, animations, html5 banners and branding for digital mediums. They will ensure the timely and conscious delivery of visually stunning motion designs that align with the Hiscox brand.The ideal candidate is highly creative, experienced, with a collaborative mindset, who is organized with an attention to detail, a great communicator and possesses the ability to turn challenges into creative solutions. They will be able to present a world-class portfolio of original work that demonstrates strong talent and expertise for animation and motion design in video production and postproduction workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate short and long form multimedia content such as: customer stories, educational videos, and employee video campaigns from concept to completion.Create video graphics, animations for social video campaigns such as Instagram and TikTok,Source footage, music, photos, and graphic packages to enhance the production of the work. Excellent post-production and animation experience.Experience in storyboarding and voice recording.Work with manager to manage Video Brand Studio and help maintain templates, create options for intro, outros, lower-thirds and sounds for the self-service video creation tool.Creation of digital applications such as banner adverts, reels, stories, gifs, motion graphics, animations, and video editing while maintaining the company’s brand standards.Requirements5-10 years motion graphics design experience – preferably corporate design, but not essentialAdvanced proficiency in the use of Audition, Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premier Pro , Edge Animate AnimateIntermediate proficiency within InDesignExperience in editing various video projects, inserting sound effects, music, and transitions.Proficiency in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects.Ability to work with a dam to organize and maintain creative.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to push boundaries, articulate design ideas and present those ideas with confidence.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills at across all levelsAbility to apply brand guidelines and house style effortlessly.Thrives work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met.Adaptable and flexible to fast-changing business needsHighly motivated with a creative mindMS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledgePreferred Skills And ExperienceExperience working with project management systems such as Workfront.Utilizing a dam management system, Dynamic Templates, and VBS Studios or equivalentExperience using Greensock and Cinema 4D.Experience in Video Brand Studio a plusWork with amazing people and be part of a unique culture
