The Counseling Center:Position Title: Counselor / Therapist

New patient intake and orientationConducts initial assessment of patient problems and needs and reports to clinical team to initiate treatment planningConducts individual sessionsFacilitates groups with patientsAddresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMAProvides Case ManagementProvides tours for prospective patients and their families as requested.Documentation in patient medical recordCounselor Requirements:
Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSWNew graduates welcomeExperience conducting group sessionsFlexibility and willingness are great attributesCounselor Schedule:
Full Time9:00AM - 5:30PMCounselor Compensation:
