Job Description - RN - Cardiology Clinic (2400827)Who you are:As a Cardiology Clinic RN for New England Heart Institute at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you are passionate about being part of a world-class team, delivering the most leading/cutting edge cardiac care to our patients. You love Cardiology and you are a consummate team player.What you’ll do:Work closely with our Cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers to deliver care to our Cardiology patients, to include, but not limited to:Conduct telephone triageConduct nursing visits with patients in clinic:
Routine or Urgent visits
Educate patients and family members on cardiac symptoms, disease state, and medicationsEnsure all applicable testing for cardiac patients are complete (per plan of care)Collaborate with external providers to ensure patient safety secondary to non-cardiac interventionsWhat you’ll bring:2+ years’ experience as a RN in one or more of the following areas:
Cardiac TelemetryCardiovascular Surgical UnitEDICU
