This highly creative, professional, and personable individual will work closely with cross-functional internal team members to bring our brands to lifeYou will work in a collaborative environment and be responsible for designing highly visible packaging, collateral, and digital assets to meet product and corporate marketing initiativesTranslate creative briefs into visually compelling designs for both digital and print, guiding projects from inception to completionEngage in diverse projects and media, utilizing computer software to craft graphic designs that align with business objectivesConceptualize and illustrate ideas by creating aesthetically pleasing layouts of art and copyYou embrace a blank canvas with minimal guidance, often starting with an ideaThrough brainstorming and prototyping, you can articulate your concepts in a clear and concise mannerGenerate fresh, innovative designs or expand existing visual systems to adhere to brand standards, ensuring a cohesive marketing campaign across various touchpoints: packaging, collateral, digital, and social mediaIncorporate edits into concepts and generate final layouts in multiple file formats and mediumsIndependently manage projects or collaborate with the marketing team, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and project implementation schedulesCoordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketers, printers, and colleagues as neededDemonstrate creativity and adaptability in executing design tasksShowcase a passion for typography, design hierarchy, balance, and the ability to convey compelling visual narrativesCollaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing Managers, and cross-functional teams to define the scope and direction of projectsUnderstand product positioning, target audience, and brand messaging to develop brand strategies, ensuring designs fulfill the marketing needs of the product or initiativeInterface with internal and cross-functional team members to guarantee designs accurately convey the desired brand and product messagePresent designs and proposed strategies to project stakeholdersEffectively self-manage workload, adhere to timelines and meet deadlines while producing precise, high-quality deliverablesOrganize project files for convenient access and long-term utilization and using project management software for all projectsQualifications

Experience:4-year degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline4-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related fieldStrong understanding of creating visual text and imagery concepts within specific layoutsExpert use of Adobe Creative Suite on macOS: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must. After Effects, Substance or Premier Pro a plusProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsPortfolio demonstrating strong design skills for logos, packaging, brochures, point-of-purchase, web, and social mediaPhotography experience and proficiency in photo-editing software is a plusFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within graphic designPhysical Demands
