Provider Pipeline product manager leads the team that builds the strategy and roadmap to grow our provider network at a fast pace as well as ensure optimal experience for our existing providers to manage their information.Our team vision is for Lowe’s to be the retailer of choice by building simple and intelligent Service PROvider install experience for a high-quality network of installers so they can deliver a customer experience second to none.We are a highly motivated and experienced product team that is empowering and growing our provider network. We invest in building the skillset for our team as well as providing exposure to the latest technology trends in the industry.This is an amazing opportunity to get on the ground floor of a rocket ship primed to take off!Ideal Candidate Will Have:Ability to create product vision and roadmap gain alignment around it with key stakeholders from business and technologyAbility to articulate business needs as capabilities for the technical productStrong writing abilityStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience in an agile software environmentExperience working cross-functionally in a large organizationExperience working closely with leadership and senior stakeholdersExperience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverablesWhat You Will DoDefining the product and identifying gaps and customer needs by creating vision, strategy and requirements documents for their product;Developing and managing the technical product roadmap, demonstrating expertise at the technical product level, building partnerships with relevant stakeholder teams, and making trade-off decisions for the productIs cognizant of the technical choices in terms of the data stores, event hubs, runtimes (OS),Involved in the product planning process by developing requirements documents (user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases) for product or product release; working closely with dependent teams; and determining release goals, prioritization, implementation, and iteration plans for a technical productUnderstand and execute on the end-to-end vision for a product and the impact it has on individual featuresSuggests and influences the technical direction of the product. Eg. Exposure to Computer Vision & implementation of better optimization models to increase the efficiency indexUses analytics to monitors product OK Rs to ensure success metrics are being met; identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on resultsHelps maintain a prioritized technical product backlog based on defined business value; uses data and analytics to help prioritize the product backlog appropriatelyDefines product features & user stories along with their business scope & documents the scope definitionDefines detailed requirements of the stories based on product/feature strategy with well defined success criteriaDefines the feature evaluation attributes & acceptance criteria for every feature / storyValidates the features / story based on the defined acceptance criteriaPresents the completed features to stakeholders, business and tech partnersMonitors the feature impact & collects feedback to feed them back into the product roadmapBuilds and leverages solid working relationships with stakeholders, other Product Managers, user experience and technology teams to facilitate successful product implementationArticulates & presents feature progress to leadership & stakeholders through metricsCritically analyzes the technical maturity & direction of the product & provides feedbackProvides input on the technical choices with a conscious focus on how these choice might impact the product SLA and experience.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing1 year of experience in product and/or experience managementStrong writing abilityExperience in an agile software environmentExperience working cross-functionally in a large organizationExperience working closely with senior leadershipExperience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverablesPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree2-5 year of experience in product design and/or product management1-2 year of experience with sourcing and onboarding systemsStrong financial acumenAbout Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
