The Regional Sales Manager is a quota carrying individual responsible for driving sales across the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to customers in assigned territory.• Understand customer needs and requirements and offering solutions and support.• Close sales and achieve sales targets.• Answering potential customers' questions and discover their needs.• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.• Ensure healthy weekly activity: calls, leads, demos, and opportunity progression.• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.• Improve and maintain CRM account information for accurate accounts, opportunities, and contacts.

Requirements• 10+ years of experience with B2B software and service sales with track record of overachieving quota.• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related outside sales experience preferred.• Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage your own time.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.• Motivated, driven and results-oriented.• Work in a fast pace, professional environment.• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
