Our Merchandisers play a very important role at TJ Sheehan. After the beer is sold and delivered to our customer accounts, our Merchandisers stock, rotate, and properly display our products in the accounts- ensuring the end consumer can easily shop and enjoy our products. Working as a Merchandiser at TJ Sheehan you can expect to work hard in an independent setting and be held accountable for achieving your goals. Successful team members in this role will develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become a Sales Representative.

What you'll be doing:
ServicingEnsure proper levels of beer products are stocked, maintained and displayed at chain retailer and other beer outletsEnsure that all product in the trade is rotated and code policy is followedEnsure that all products are properly displayed according to Company standardsInstall and maintain permanent and paper Point of Sale materialOrganize and execute floor displays and placement of window neons and banners at all accountsOrganize and execute cooler resets according to Company standardsMaintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area of Buffalo, NY marketDevelop and maintain effective customer relationsOther duties as assignedWhat you will need to succeed:
High School DiplomaValid and clean driver's license with active auto insurance, and reliable transportationPrevious merchandising experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to meet physical demands of the positionStrong attention to detail including organizational and time management skillsCustomer-focused mindset and superior customer service skillsPrevious skills and experience in sales forecastingExcellent oral and written communications skillsAbility and willingness to work independentlyWhy join us?
