Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Service and Repair modules The ideal candidate will have handson experience and indepth knowledge of Depo Repair Field ServiceMobile Field Service Inventory Service Contract modules and implementation experience in Service and Repair modules
Responsibilities1 Implementation and Support Implement and provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS R12 Service and Repair modules2 Client Interaction Work closely with client business users to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements3 Requirements Gathering Facilitate and conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives4 User Acceptance Testing UAT Coordinate and participate in UAT to ensure the functionality usability and efficiency of the system5 User Scenario Creation Create user scenarios to help endusers understand the systems functionality and features.
Qualifications1 Proven experience as an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant2 Handson experience with Service and Repair modules including Depo Repair Field ServiceMobile Field Service and Inventory Service Contract modules3 Experience in implementing Service and Repair modules4 Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills5 Strong written and verbal communication skills6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team7 CSV process experience.
