Food Production Packer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food Production Packer or Sanitation. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of food production while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
General housekeeping/janitorial dutiesTear down & clean production equipment/conveyorsWash down all production equipment & fryersHelp with line changeovers & set upsCleaning of production area walls, ceilings & floorsWashing of dishes and other equipmentAssisting maintenance & production when necessaryHelp with fryer cleaning & oil filtrationDusting & wiping down flat surfaces and tops of control panelsWill be trained on mobile equipment such as pallet jack & ForkliftWill be trained in some technical cleaning tasksWork in a fast-paced food manufacturing environmentEnsure consistent quality product is being producedFollow all policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and safe workspaceFollow directions from supervisorsCommunicate any issues with supervisorsRequirements: Crew Members are needed to work their shift including weekends hours and times vary! 3rd shift schedule which includes weekends, weekend hours are generally Friday 9pm-5:30am & Saturday 6pm to 2:30amOther Duties as AssignedQualifications and Skills
Must be reliableMust be able to work 6 days a weekMust want to be hired on permanentlyMust have good written and oral communication skillsMust be able to stand long hoursMust be able to bend and lift repeatedlyMust have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work accuratelyMust have good attendanceMust have High School Diploma or GEDBenefits/Compensation
