Details:Permanent, full-time positionConduct record review of clinical and medical screening questionnairesCoordinate the scheduling of onsite admissions, including maintaining an updated, shared availability calendar with admissions-responsible departmentsProvide clinical clearance determination – ensuring admitting level of care appropriatenessGenerate EHR chart for new admits, upload, and complete all admission documentationSupport programming and client treatment when not facilitating an admission, which may include individual or group therapy sessions, client activities, or crisis management
