Summary:Seeking an experienced Appian BPM Architect to lead BPM initiatives using the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex Appian solutionsLead and mentor Appian developersApply Appian best practices and standardsTroubleshoot technical issuesCoordinate with on-site engineers and customersManage project plans and schedulesCreate quality documents and conduct auditsParticipate in technical design discussionsDrive process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

8-10 years Appian BPM experienceAdvanced skills in Appian Designer, Sites, and TempoStrong BPM concepts understandingTeam leadership experienceExcellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Appian certificationsExperience with SQL, web services, JavaAgile methodology knowledge

Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
