Farm Manager

To secure product for KSW processing. To produce a high quality, cost competitive product.Focus of the position is to manage and optimize crops in Texas and other regions that can supply KSW. However, the role will be a critical asset to crop development efforts in other regions in the US and abroad, as needed.Manages, develops, and strengthens relationships with Kalsec growers.Work collaboratively and cross functionally in crop production matters. Manage communication for crops in the region.Lead the search and implementation of technologies that will deliver value to Kalsec and Kalsec growers.
