Job Description
We are looking for a Visual Designer/Production Design that demonstrates a knack for multiplatform design, production design (digital/print), Data Visualization, and storytelling skills. This person demonstrates a high amount of creative agency over their work for our clients. They possess a proactive, vibrant spirit that’s eager to add value and curious to flex their skills into new expertise.Please note: This is a contract role for a defined temporal term subject to possible extension.Responsibilities
Production design & oversight
Experience in both print and digital mediumsExecutes day-to-day production design project requests as neededEnsure all creative work meets expected qualityReceive and analyze feedback, making appropriate adjustments to recommendationsServes as the main client liaison, working closely with client projects leads, and Publicis Sapient design teamCommunicates through storytelling for client presentations.Creates visually aesthetic data/infographicsOversee final deliverables. Deliverables may include email graphics, social assets, printed literature, brochures, print ads, campaign landing pages web design, and presentations
Qualifications
Experience working as a production designer with a focus on print and digital designExperience working directly with key client stakeholders and cross-functional client team membersDemonstrates a strong working knowledge of the following software: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Sketch, WorkfrontDemonstrates strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlinesDemonstrates the ability to collaborate with diverse working styles and with team members across business units; initiative to work and learn independently; proactively contribute to department goals; and ability to lead others while maintaining effective business relationships with associates throughout the organizationDemonstrates the ability to ensure team deliverables adhere to brand guidelinesPortfolio includes Data Visualization, landing pages, printPresent design concepts and explain rationale to team members and stakeholdersAttention to detail
