The Estimator-Project Manager coordinates the preparation of estimates based on site visits /conceptual information, and hard bid estimates. This position provides support services as required by the management department during the pre-construction and restoration phases. This position provides the scopes and pricing for projects. The Estimator-Project Manager position is responsible for representing Franjo Restoration on a range of subjects related to Restoration and may be responsible for making decisions on behalf of the firm. The Estimator-Project Manager will work to ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, and completed in a timely, efficient, effective, and profitable manner. Responsibilities will also include client site meetings, permitting, change order creation, project closeout, and overall management to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is located at our Franjo Restoration office in Baldwin, PA.

Project files

Sort for final filing

Subcontract agreements & change orders

Project invoicing

Customer relations and sales

Customer contract preparation

Estimate preparation

Site inspections

Correspondence

Insurance companies/adjusters

Customers

Independents

Vendors & subcontractors

Project budget & review

Project documentation compliance

Project hand-off for production

Continuing follow-up and project management

Xactimate updates & price lists

Provide projection numbers for WIP

Business development

Other tasks as requested/assigned

What you'll need to be familiar with:

Insurance related estimating procedures.

Commercial/Residential project estimating.

Results driven.

Problem solving/cost analysis.

Strong math, communication, and time management skills.

Your success story:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or restoration management or relevant experience in lieu of education

Computer skills; proficient in MS office, required.

Strong accounting knowledge

Experience with estimating software, required.

IICRC certification

OSHA 40-hour certification
