Senior IT Project ManagerLocation:
Near Takoma Park, MD (Hybrid schedule)Responsibilities:Manage large-scale, complex programs and projects with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and oversee project engagement including planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, risks, and issues.Define project goals, requirements, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Monitor project adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; mitigate risks and facilitate problem-solving.Maintain integrated project plans, deliver progress reports, and update stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.Minimum 6 years of project management experience, including 4 years in IT development and operations.Minimum 4 years of agile project management experience.Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Office 365, MS Visio, Tableau, and MS PowerBI.Ability to work on both Mac and PC platforms.Strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership ability, and experience in high-performance environments.PMP certification preferred; experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries or corporate real estate construction a plus.Business Analyst certification and/or ITIL certifications desirable.Apply now!
