Opportunity:Virtual Service Operations is searching for highly motivated and career-driven individuals to join our growing team as Desktop Support in Midwest City, Oklahoma. In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and have responsibilities in Desktop Support such as:Provide Workstation Software Break Fix supportIMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and ChangesImage LoadsAsset RecoveryAsset taggingPrinter SupportClient Center (Tech Bar) SupportIT Service Management UpdatesOther Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assignedQualifications:Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired, however, training will be provided for all entry-level new hiresKnowledge of PC ImagingExperience with change management and incident managementExperience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk WipePreferred Qualifications:Certified Dell TechnicianExpertise in Inventory ControlRequirements:Must be within driving distance of Midwest City, Oklahoma, and willing to work onsitePlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
