Manages, coordinates, and oversees the 7 day per week 24 hour per day operations of the Security department as well as the daily patient transport services for the hospital.Oversees and coordinates supervision of personnel.Develops and implements security policies and procedures.Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.Trains staff in CPI, workplace violence, safety and security.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Administration, or BusinessFive (5) years of previous job-related experience.Valid NM Driver's LicensePreferred Job Requirements:Previous Military, Security or Law Enforcement Background.
