You are crucial to our future and we are committed to supporting yours as well.About the Graduate Program: As a graduate you'll build a diverse and relevant career platform - learning our business, identifying your career path, and continuing to develop your skills for years to come. Starting in September 2024, you'll join an international cohort of Moody's RMS graduates. You'll begin with a month-long training program, learning from our network of leading developers, scientists, product managers, and customer success practitioners. Following this, you'll participate in our company rotation program, gaining direct experience across various teams and disciplines. Through your rotations you will enhance your knowledge of our products, how they are built, the companies who use them, and the industries managing catastrophe risk. Your work will span our products and markets, developing technical skills and knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.About the Team: In Customer Success, we partner with clients to ensure they extract maximum value from our catastrophe models, data, platform, applications, and services. We are a global, multi-disciplinary team of professionals with a shared passion for helping customers. Our team comprises:Model specialists who guide clients in their effective use of our evolving climate and catastrophe models and data.Software specialists who help clients leverage our Intelligent Risk platform and applications.Client success managers who strategize and drive long-term success.Consultants who optimize client workflows, facilitate risk transfer, and explore new uses of our models and data.As a Graduate in Customer Success: After completing rotations in up to five teams, you'll transition into your first permanent role in January 2026. We'll support your career growth to match your ambitions. Many of our team members began as graduates and have brought their skills to various roles and teams over time.To Succeed As a Customer Success Graduate, You ShouldBe motivated by helping others succeed.Enjoy solving analytical and technical problems.Prioritize impactful outcomes and know when a job is done.Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in presentations.Simplify and apply complex technical or scientific concepts for varied audiences.Demonstrate a constant desire to learn new skills and concepts.Have an interest in the role of science and technology in understanding and managing risks.Required QualificationsBS or MS degree in related fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, IT, Risk Management.Fluency in spoken and written English.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $80,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
