About Evermore
Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Key Responsibilities:
Support all areas of marketing, including:
Contributing to our online presence and digital marketing strategies.
Assisting with event planning and execution.
Coordinating tours for media and PR
Overseeing asset collection and organization during photo and video shoots
Managing Evermore’s exposure on external websites.
Collaborating with promotional partners.
Supporting the development
Distribution of marketing materials
Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring all necessary teams, vendors, and talent are organized.
Organize and conduct tours for media personnel, influencers, and PR representatives, ensuring they receive a comprehensive and positive experience.
Enhance branding and exposure on partner websites throughout the customer journey.
Support the sales and operations teams with marketing tools and assets.
Assist in monitoring, maintaining and updating the resort's website and app, ensuring content accuracy, user-friendliness, and functionality as intended.
Collaborate with promotional partners to support the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns.
Monitor the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts including promotions and providing feedback for improvement.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of co-branded marketing materials for sales partners
Maintain a database of marketing assets, including images, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage inventory and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional items.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and images, that showcase the resort's unique offerings.
Participate in the editing and proofreading of marketing materials, including retouching and manipulating images.
Handle multiple demands and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
Hospitality or Travel Industry experience is preferred, although not required.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; people person with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.
Proficient in Google Business, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Experience with Photoshop or other graphics software
Enthusiasm for the hospitality and resort industry.
Physical Requirements:
Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 15 pounds.
Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
Visually look at a computer for extended periods.
Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
