Seeking a licensed therapist to join our recently implemented behavioral health team, in one of the following licensures:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)This person will join our recently implemented behavioral health team at the Cibola Family Health Center and provide therapy services for patients, their families, and support systems as these relate to their mental health care needs.Duties:Performs biopsychosocial assessments and provides counseling services.Collaborate with other professionals to assess client needs or treatment plans.Advocate for clients or patients to resolve crises.Intervene in crisis situations to assist clients.Refer patients, clients, or families to community resources to assist in recovery from mental or physical illness and to provide access to services such as financial assistance, legal aid, housing, job placement, or education.Refer clients to community or social service programs.Requirements:Licensure in the state of New Mexico is required, including a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.State registration is required.Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Social Work/Case Management/Counseling.Hospital experience preferred, but not required.
