The Junior-Level Financial Services Litigation And Insolvency Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of litigation and insolvency matters, including state and federal litigation, commercial bankruptcy, receivership, and insolvency-related litigation. The candidate should demonstrate a strong interest and understanding of insolvency issues and be capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.Duties:

Conduct regular courtroom appearances, both virtual and live, requiring the ability to handle appearances independently and interact skillfully with court personnel and opposing parties.Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, depositions, mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, and appearing in court for both non-evidentiary and evidentiary proceedings.Develop and implement legal strategies to effectively represent clients in financial services litigation and insolvency matters.Interface directly with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to provide legal guidance and support.Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.Admission to the Missouri State Bar.2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on financial services litigation and/or insolvency matters.Demonstrated ability to work independently and productively, with exceptional written and oral communication skills.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with outstanding judgment.Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.General understanding of insolvency issues, including bankruptcy, receivership, and out-of-court restructurings.Interest and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Skills:
