Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIESInstall equipment, systems, and supervises installation and assembly work done by other technicians.Independently maintains equipment, systems, and conducts testing and troubleshooting.Investigates equipment and system failures, to determine the cause and repair work required.Knowledgeable in technical equipment, IT assets and systems within the facilities, and supports the innovation of equipment, systems, and controls in the facility.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly5+ years hands-on IT experience with a proven track record in the deployment and maintenance of extensive global networks and systems, complemented by a thorough grasp of IC ITE services.Demonstrate proficiency in equipment, software, and systems installations; troubleshooting, customer relationship management, change management, risk management, and IT service management.A minimum of Security+ is required, with ITIL certification desired.Knowledgeable in ICD 503, DCID 6/3, DIA-CAP, and NIST standards to ensure robust information assurance and compliance.Proficiency in classified IT environments, terminology, Equipment Life Cycles, and IT Asset Management is a key asset.Demonstrated experience in transitioning applications to IC Information Technology Environment (ITE) and in-depth knowledge of IC ITE services.Overview

We are seeking a Senior Installation Technician to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Senior Installation Technician is responsible for installing equipment, systems, and supervises installation and assembly work done by other technicians. The installation technician independently maintains equipment, systems, and conducts testing and troubleshooting. The Senior Installation Technician investigates equipment and system failures, to determine the cause and repair work required. The Senior Installation Technician is knowledgeable in technical equipment, IT assets and systems within the facilities, and supports the innovation of equipment, systems, and controls in the facility.Additional Job Information
