Windows Endpoint Systems Administrator (Application Administrator Specialist II/IV) , you will oversee Windows systems patching, application packaging and configuration deployment to systems that support some of the company's most critical business services. You will join a company that develops cutting edge solutions for our nation's most complex space enterprise and mission assurance challenges. You will work with technical teams to reduce vulnerabilities, improve security and maintain a minimum system state across the fleet of endpoints. You will become part of the
Device Management Engineering team , which is responsible for the development and sustainment of endpoint security tools for the Aerospace Corporation.Work ModelThis is a full-time position based in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA, which requires 100% onsite work.What You'll Be DoingConfigure, package and deploy applications with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasksManage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hot fixes on workstationsCreate automated solutions to remediate desktop vulnerabilities using modern endpoint management toolsInvestigate and resolve inconsistencies in reportingWork directly with engineers, operations teams, and customers to remediate endpoint vulnerabilitiesIncident response resolution and reporting (zero-day patching)Perform fault-finding, analysis, and logging of information for reporting of performance exceptionsProactively monitor system performance and capacity planningProvide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environmentCollaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processesAct as an escalation point for desktop support in incident managementWhat You Need to be SuccessfulMinimum Requirements for
