The Counseling Center:Position Title: Counselor
Come join a rapidly expanding, leading national substance abuse & mental health organization seeking a Counselor for their growing Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Counseling program!
Counselor Duties/Responsibilities:New patient intake and orientationConducts initial assessment of patient problems and needs and reports to clinical team to initiate treatment planningConducts individual sessionsFacilitates groups with patientsAddresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMAProvides Case ManagementProvides tours for prospective patients and their families as requestedDocumentation in patient medical record
Counselor Requirements:Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSWMental Health license or certification, clean and activeNew graduates welcomeExperience conducting group sessionsFlexibility and willingness are great attributes
Counselor Schedule:Full Time9:00AM-5:30PM
Counselor Compensation:Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
Full-time employees may be eligible for the following:Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD optionsMedical FSA and Dependent Care Account401k with company match up to 5%Accrued PTO PlanEducation reimbursementCareer Advancement Opportunities
