As our Youth Sports Director , you’ll be the MVP leading the charge in creating an amazing sports environment for children aged 3 and up. Your role will be all about fun, growth, and ensuring that every young athlete feels like a champion. Here’s how you’ll make the magic happen: We seek a leader with values that align with the Y’s mission:
A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field OR 4 plus years of experience in youth sports or program management.
Knowledge of youth sports issues, instruction practice, program creation and facilitation, and community outreach.
A natural leader with fantastic communication and organizational skills.
Someone who’s energetic, creative, and ready to bring the fun every day.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
