Organization:MPHS-Mills-Peninsula Medical CenterPosition Overview:Provides screening, assessing, and providing treatment to patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Responsible for planning, implementing and documenting patient evaluations and specific treatment plans for individual patients. Practice in accordance with the Speech Pathology Standards of Practice, state and health regulations, and the policies and procedures of Sutter Health.Job Description:EDUCATION:Master's: Graduate of accredited language and speech pathology program.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:Applicable CA State practice clearance documentationBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
