Student Enterprise Applications Analyst . The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting and maintaining Ellucian Banner, Self-Service Banner, Degree Works, CRM Recruit, Blackboard, Mediasite, and AppWorx. Responsibilities include application configuration, monitoring, support, troubleshooting, and reporting. The position requires the ability to assess current campus business practices, analyze and understand the Ellucian applications, and develop solutions to implement best practices for campus business functions.Remote, hybrid work option available for Maryland-based candidates/employees as well as those residing in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.Primary Duties:Design, configure, test, secure, and assist in the implementation of functional aspects of campus student applications. This position requires an understanding of the Ellucian Banner, Self-Service Banner, Degree Works, CRM Recruit, Blackboard, Mediasite, and/or AppWorx application features, configuration options, processes, and data flow. It requires the ability to assess current campus business practices and leverage knowledge of the student applications to develop solutions and implement best practices for campus business functions. Typical duties include acting as a liaison to the campus community, monitoring critical business activities, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate functional or technical resources.Design, configure, maintain, secure, and test Ellucian Banner, Self-Service Banner, Degree Works, CRM Recruit, Blackboard, Mediasite, and/or AppWorx applications for academic business functions.Assess business practices and requirements and analyze Ellucian software applications to evaluate available solutions.Assist in the implementation of these applications, configuring the systems for new clients, programs, and projects.Act as a liaison between end users and technical team to address issues and recommend solutions.Interact with campus customers to translate business requirements into specifications for configurations, data reporting, interfaces, and enhancements.Troubleshoot simple to moderately complex issues and coordinate resolution through vendor support.Assist in defining data reporting specifications by applying knowledge of Banner, Degree Works, and CRM Recruit table structures, entity data relationships, and SQL.Create and execute test plans. Evaluate and document results.Ensure data integrity within these systems and maintain appropriate documentation.Assist in managing the interactions and integrations of third-party solutions with our Student Applications, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and formulating solutions.Assist in providing training to end-users.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field to application, such as Information Systems, Education Administration, business, finance, or human resources.Experience:

Two (2) years of experience in a functional area that required the use of ERP software packages (e.g., PeopleSoft/Oracle, Banner, etc.), or other enterprise-wide application software (e.g., COEUS, Maximus ERS). This may include working as a user of an ERP/enterprise-wide application system or providing functional support to other users of ERP/enterprise-wide administrative systems. Experience with an Enterprise Student Application such as Ellucian Banner, Degree Works, and/or CRM Recruit and various reporting tools is preferred. Experience working as a power user or providing functional or technical support for an Enterprise Student Application preferred.Other:

Related experience may be substituted for education. This position is designated as essential, and the employee may be required to work on non-business days or outside of normal business hours to ensure the continuity of operations for information technology services.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of position requirements.
