Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and components within an industrial setting. A strong technical foundation in both AC and DC circuits, familiarity with PLCs and SCADA systems, and proficiency in three-phase electrical systems and motor controls are essential. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes. A comprehensive understanding of electrical safety standards and practices, along with experience using personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment, is essential.Responsibilities:Maintaining Equipment and Amplifying Your PLC Knowledge: Troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct on-the-spot machine repairs. Utilize your knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to find innovative solutions and ensure clear documentation of processes.Analyzing Conditions and Providing Solutions: Address production equipment failures by conducting root cause analysis using schematics and drawings. Repair electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors.Prioritizing Innovation and Communication: Seek ways to enhance plant efficiency and cost savings. Maintain open communication with leads and supervisors to ensure seamless day-to-day operationsSkills:Strong technical foundation in AC and DC circuitsFamiliarity with PLCs and SCADA systemsProficiency in three-phase electrical systems and motor controlsExcellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to read and interpret electrical and electronic/mechanical drawings, prints, schematics, and computer programs.Experience troubleshooting PLC programs and hardware.Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic and computerized equipment, including RS Logix (5, 500, and 5000), Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI programming, AC/DC drives, motor control systems, and related equipment and systems.Adherence to Safety and Food Safety guidelinesGood communication and documentation skillsEducation:This position requires High School Diploma/GED or an associate degree and 2 years of related experience in an industrial electrical field.Experience:2-5 years of relevant experienceExperience with SCADA systems.Hands-on experience using diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopesThis is a Fulltime role for Night Shift
