Provide legal advice and support on regulatory matters related to investment funds, including compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940, and Securities Act of 1933.Advise fund sponsors on the formation, structuring, and operation of various types of investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and mutual funds.Draft and review fund documents, offering memoranda, partnership agreements, and other related agreements.Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for investment fund transactions.Monitor and analyze regulatory developments affecting investment funds and advise clients accordingly.Assist in negotiating with regulatory authorities and resolving compliance issues.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop regulatory strategies and solutions.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois Bar.4-5 years of experience in Investment Management with a focus on investment funds.Strong familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940, and Securities Act of 1933.Prior experience advising fund sponsors on fund formation and regulatory compliance.Skills and Abilities:
