With 6,500 employees (including 3,500+ lawyers) operating from 19 offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia, we are one of the largest law firms in the world and a top financial performer.Essential Job FunctionsThe Litigation Paralegal II is responsible for managing all aspects of large scale complex litigation, including managing documents, assisting with depositions, managing pleadings, privilege logs, court filings, organizing document collections, manipulating data in litigation support software, cite checking, trial preparation, supervising junior paralegals, and prioritizing cases.Essential Functions:

Qualifications & RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of complex litigation experience, managing discovery, databases, imaging systems, trial preparation, and support. Must have high-level experience with litigation support applications, analytical skills, organizational abilities, communication skills, management skills, creativity, initiative, teamwork, and a Bachelor's degree.
