DescriptionProfessional Counselor at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, in Oregon City, OR.Part-Time/Day ShiftThe Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in counseling or related fieldOregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hirePreferred Qualifications:1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.About ProvidenceAt Providence, our strength lies in Our Promise of "Know me, care for me, ease my way."
