What You'll Do

Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related servicesExhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivationOccasional field and laboratory testingAssisting with preparation of reports, proposals, and projectsAssisting with projects as neededInteracting with senior staff members on a variety of projectsScheduling and oversight of facilities techniciansMentoring other staffPromoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required; B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred0-2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience requiredIn lieu of education, 4 years as ECS Facilities Staff Associate or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required. Experience with non-destructive testing preferred.
