Figma, Miro, Jira, Teams, MS Office, Adobe CCAs a Product Designer, you'll work in a multidisciplinary team, alongside researchers, experience designers, visual designers, and developers, to deliver world-class, human-centered products and services for the Customer Office. Your role will be to analyze, plan, map, and create the most valuable and contextually accurate experiences that are simple and intuitive for customers to use.Responsibilities:Understand customer needs and identify where separate interactions should come together to meet those needsArrange separate interactions into rational user flows and digital touch-points for the productLook for commonalities in activities across experiences to identify new product opportunitiesUnderstand the core Human-Centered Design framework of an experience and design targeted improvementsCreate and iterate interactive prototypes in accordance with tasks, scenarios, and journeysIdentify and design new cross-functional design patterns and standardsCollaborate on designs with developers, marketing, and product stakeholdersSuggest design improvements to product managersCommunicate detailed design decisions and represent all experience touch-pointsEngage and align with multidisciplinary teams across the customer office businessLead Design Thinking, Lean Business Canvas workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative activitiesChampion Human-Centered Design across the entire businessAnalyze failures within existing experiences and identify root causesIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within existing servicesSr. UI/UX Designer
