With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.Responsibilities:Responsible for the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of biological safety cabinets and incubators.Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure proper operation and functionality of equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and provide timely and effective repairs.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities and provide regular reports to management.Collaborate with research staff to ensure that equipment is being used safely and effectively.Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices for biological safety cabinets and incubators.Provide training and support to research staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science 6-10 years of experience working in a laboratory setting, with a focus on biological safety cabinets and incubators.Strong knowledge of biological safety cabinet and incubator design, installation, and maintenance.Experience with troubleshooting and repair of laboratory equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with research staff.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for biological safety cabinets and incubators.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of physical environments.
