You will conduct vehicle condition assessments, manage vehicle inventory, and perform administrative duties. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.Essential Responsibilities:Guide customers through the sales process, test drives, and financing applicationsConduct vehicle condition assessments for customer appraisalsReceive and manage vehicle inventoryPerform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality StandardsHandle administrative tasks such as maintaining paperwork and managing service appointmentsPurpose of the role: This role involves working in a high-energy retail sales environment, meeting goals, and handling various customer interactions.
