With more than 330 offices and 6,000 employees globally, Savino Del Bene is one of the leading logistics company that offers import, export, customs brokerage services and warehousing third party solutions servicing several Vertical Markets we are currently looking for IT Support Specialist to join our team in our new Fairless Hills, PA warehouse.

Responsibilities:Must be able to train in Avenel, NJ for the first few months.Troubleshoot IT issues and provide first-level support in a logistics and CFS warehouse environment.Participate in level 2 support, collaborating with Savino Del Bene IT Italy HQ.Strictly follow, enforce, and promote Savino Del Bene Italy IT HQ cybersecurity policies and procedures.Maintain all IT devices in the warehouse environment.Create and maintain an updated inventory of all hardware and software deployed in the warehouse environment.Perform all IT infrastructure MAC (move/add/change) operations in the warehouse environment as needed.Must be able to work on-site, this is not a remote roleIn the current environment, this means:

Hosts, Devices, and Peripherals:

Install, configure, and relocate warehouse and office PCs, laptops, laser printers, thermal label printers, and scales.Analyze and resolve printing issues with laser and thermal label printers.Install, configure, and test required applications on PCs.Install and maintain the corporate antivirus suite and MDM.Configure DHCP scope and reservations on Windows servers.Map and maintain the passive network racks, cabling, and patching.Install, configure (via console and/or network), and connect network switches to the local network.Label, map, and keep an updated inventory of all devices and hosts in the warehouse and office.Monitor the facility's network infrastructure using Savino Del Bene IT tools (Nagios, LibreNMS, Aruba Central, Panorama, and others).Wireless Infrastructure:

Configure, troubleshoot, and provision application suites for RF scanners.Troubleshoot Android RF terminals in the warehouse area.Perform periodic RF 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz surveys in the warehouse using professional tools such as Ekahau SW and Sidekick 2 antenna.Configure and troubleshoot HP Aruba wireless AP devices through CLI or Aruba Central console.Troubleshooting Tools, Asset Management, Documentation, and Communication with HQ IT Department:

Create and maintain an updated inventory of all hardware and software deployed in both the warehouse and the office.Maintain relationships with IT suppliers, consultants, and contractors.Document corrective actions for end-user problems.Follow established processes and procedures, working closely with Service Desk supervisors and IT management.Escalate relevant incidents to tier 2 technicians or management based on complexity or time constraints.Collaborate with the headquarters IT department based in Italy.Provide level 2 support in a team and under the coordination of the Italian IT headquarters.Requirements

Qualifications Needed:

Hard Skills:

Proficient in Windows 10/11 Professional OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experienced in Android OS installation and configuration.Skilled in Active Directory user and computer management.Competent in Microsoft Office application suite installation and troubleshooting.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 user administration.Experienced in network administration, including Layer 1 and 2 switching.Skilled in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network devices in a centralized cloud environment.Experience with RF surveys using professional software such as Ekahau or similar.Soft Skills:
