About The Role
Tome is bringing storytelling into the modern era by constantly narrowing the gap between what creators mean to express and what their audiences experience. Since launching just over a year ago, we’ve quickly grown to 16 million users. With this massive organic growth, we’ve unlocked a unique opportunity to build the next evolution of Tome.For this next chapter, we are looking for our first account executive to connect Tome's value to enterprise customers. To enable that, our team is looking for a self-motivated and established sales professional who is excited to identify, engage, and close deals for Tome.This role will work in partnership with our CEO to bring in the first set of enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to make an enormous impact on the ground floor and help stand up a sales team.What you'll do
You will focus on generating new deals and building strong, long-lasting relationships with companies.Manage the full sales cycle: prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals.Qualify new leads and ask the discovery questions to help tailor the pitch.Effectively and consistently follow-up to move leads through the pipeline and drive conversion.Collaborate with product management and GTM teams to support customer activation.Work closely with Customer Experience to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth.Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.You have 4+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience.You have proven experience and track record with a solution-based approach to selling and complex sales process management.Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on mid-market accounts.You have a proven record of overachieving $800K+ quota annually.You have a strong ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business.Experience selling AI or technology solutions is highly desirable.Tome Perks:
