What You Will DoCisco IT is looking for a multifaceted Test Engineer that is eager to drive innovation in one of the most ground-breaking commerce platforms in the market, and will be responsible for the following:

Work with an Automation test engineer to automate billing platform.Integrate: work with engineering teams and product owners to ensure script implementation comply with best practices and testability requirements.Work independently and as a member of the QA team developing and maintaining Test scripts.Good understanding of billing processes and technology platforms for SaaS businesses.Strong experience in partnering with product owners to test products that build customer value.Translate existing manual tests and defects into automated scripts.Identify, analyze, and document software defects detected by automation scripts.Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.Have excellent communication skills, and the ability to expertly share vision & roadmap to internal/external audiences.

You will report to a manager within the Commerce Engineering space.You will work closely with IT leaders, product owners and customers to strengthen the core of our commerce platforms and transformation efforts.You will influence your peers to build trust, drive innovation and improve user experience.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge in automated test development for client-server applications and APIs.Familiar with web-based systems and architecture across the full-stack, with specific expertise in at least back or front-end development, databases & DevOpsGood understanding of order to cash processes for SaaS businesses.Proven flexibility to last-minute changes to the system design and architecture.Ability to understand the needs & challenges of different businesses and industries to build solutions to tackle for them at scale.Take accountability for project priorities and deadlines.Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment.Ability and willingness to have fun: participating in team activities to build a constructive and positive team culture that promotes teamwork and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors with 4 years OR Masters with 2 years of related experience in the field5 years hands on knowledge in test automation framework such like UI Path3 + years of in-depth understanding and experience of working in at least one end to End QA role with focus on functional / regressions / E2E validations in subscription space.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge about S4 HANA and SAP BRIM ModulesExpertise working in large-scale systems using fault-tolerant technologies.Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
