The incumbent will provide general office support to include: greeting visitors, answering and routing department calls, sorting and distributing mail, ordering supplies, provide assistance with department website, WIKI page and calendar content updates, clerical support in tasks related to scheduling entry with various systems and coordinating meetings for all programs. The AAII will support faculty and department chief with maintaining faculty calendars, travel arrangements and overall administrative support. In addition, this position will provide basic administrative support to the following programs; ob/gyn medical student clerkship, residency program and academic affairs. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. UCSF BenefitsDepartment DescriptionThe UCSF Fresno Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) is a small sized academic department and directs patient care activities at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), Family Healthcare Network (FHCN) and several University Centers of Excellence (UCOE) and oversees the education and training of OB/GYN residents at these main sites.
