At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.About the jobReporting to the North America VP of Public Sector & ISV Partners, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for the sell to, sell with and sell through motions within Financial Services, Health and Life Science, Public Sector, Telecommunications, and BPO ISVs and Technology Partners. This executive will work to continue to transform Twilio’s industries approach through expanding multi-dimensional partnerships focused on driving revenue growth, accelerating Twilio technology adoption across new markets, and increasing customer success and scale. This leadership role collaborates across all areas of the company’s executive team including sales, marketing, product, operations, and finance. Managing and maintaining a high-performing team of partner sales and account management professionals is a key priority for success.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:Create a high-performing Industry-focused Public Sector & ISV organization.Drive accelerated revenue growth through our Public Sector & ISV partners.Create, manage, and execute an innovative industry solutions strategy for partner recruitment.Recruit, onboard, and grow a skilled group of sales professionals in alignment with Twilio’s values and culture.Ensure partners deliver customer success through ongoing enablement, technology innovation, and adherence to best practices.Influence and evangelize partner program development and adoption.Build and nurture executive-level relationships across top partners and internal stakeholders.Drive executive cross-functional relationships within Twilio to integrate partners into sales motion and messaging.Build out, manage, and report against a predictable sales pipeline.QualificationsNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Broad-based business professional with 15 years of experience in ISV/alliances/channel organizations within enterprise software firms.Industry expertise in multiple verticals; with strong emphasis on Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, and Public Sector.High-energy, visionary executive with high intellectual horsepower and a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives.Consistent track record of building, developing, and managing high-performing teams.History of building strong internal relationships in a highly matrixed, global organization.Must be flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced, fluid environment.Successful background driving repeatable solutions, technical wins, and/or practice wins.Deep relationships with C-level executives at Partner companies.Demonstrated success in running a partner organization managing hundreds of partners and $100M revenue while maintaining a focus on profitability.Ability to evaluate and develop existing teams and reshape as necessary, while mentoring and inspiring teams around the world.Strong understanding of CPaaS and SaaS, as well as the business benefits associated.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Desired:Bachelor degree or equivalent.LocationThis role will be remote and based in the east or central time zone.
