We have as many careers as we have flavors, and regardless of which role you choose, you have a direct impact on Swire Coca-Cola, our products, and the communities we call home.What does a Finance Director at Swire Coca-Cola do?Responsible for leading the process of setting business targets and coordinating the budget and forecasting processes, monitors business performance, advises on the financial consequences of major decisions, and leads the process of reporting financial and managerial data. Makes recommendations targeted at improving and safeguarding financial results. Works with leadership to develop financial goals and objectives, understanding strategic alignment and expected growth rates, along with financial targets across the organization.Responsibilities:Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes as well as monthly variance analysis, opportunity, and risk updates to the guidance forecast.Identify sources of growth/drains using data and work with Revenue Growth Management to lead the Sales Organization EBITDA improvement initiatives.Analyze productivity drivers, identify risks and opportunities to business performance, and work cross-functionally to implement or support recommended actions.Analyze the standard gross and operating margins in partnership with Revenue Growth Management on a recurring basis and work with data management, sales, and operations to understand the significant variations.Develop and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting across the Sales organization.Provide sophisticated financial analysis to business unit leadership, supporting strategic, operational, and financial objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred).10-12 years demonstrated and progressive Finance/Accounting leadership.6-8 years Leadership and people development experience.4-6 years Consumer packaged goods experience.Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.SAP (SandD, Finance, AR), Microsoft Office Suite, Margin Minder.Apply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
