IT Developer Specialist

Lead the design, development and delivery of web-based technology-enabled applications, products and services. Oversee the delivery of technical solutions including front-end and back-end technologies and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements, design requirements and technical specifications. Provide coaching and mentoring to junior Developers.What you doUpdate and build new ASP.Net MVC using React or Angular.Build and Deployment pipelines process knowledge. Moving from on-prem to hybrid cloud (Azure Devops).Lead the conceptual design development, ensuring that the solution is viable and designed appropriately to solve the business case; provide support for the facilitation and review of estimates. Work closely with ScrumMaster for Agile projects are appropriately supported with strong technical leadership.Oversee design efforts across capabilities/systems; provide support to Project Managers to ensure design/build activities remain within project schedule/budget; act as a technical advisor to the Project Manager, QA lead and/or business; facilitate escalation and resolution of technical issues during the development of the solutions; responsible for leading technical vendor work, delivery review and acceptance.Design, document, code, code inspection, and conduct unit tests and debugging of software solutions and components; code coverage (SonarCloud) apply enterprise standards, application patterns and development best practices in solutions development/delivery. Highly self-directed at designing and implementing timely, quality solutions.Assess and recommend IT capability improvements for applications, including: Implementing, logging and monitoring at appropriate levels and driving upgrades to currently supported software.Assist in ongoing maintenance and production support of existing applications.Available and open to collaborate with team members and project teams.What you bring10+ years of experience with design and development of enterprise Web applications in a .NET environment.A strong working knowledge and experience with ASP.Net MVC, C#, React or Angular (Open to work on both).CMS experience – Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore.Azure Cloud Technology stack.Experience with Continuous Integration tools and concepts.Experience with unit testing tools and concepts.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.Skills nice to haveExperience with SQL, WebService/REST.
