NoEssential Job Functions:Responsible to provide test security, ensures respect for student information and student confidentialityComply with all testing procedures, practices and policiesResponsible for tracking candidates admitted to testing, in accordance with secure check-in procedures, and monitor attendance continuously throughout the entire exam session.Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to the activities of contracted and ADA related matters.Function effectively indoors in a classroom environment and engage in work of primarily a sedentary nature with the ability to sit or stand at workstation for extended periods.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge:Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Skills:
Active Listening - Proficient skills in giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.Critical Thinking - Basic skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.Reading Comprehension - Proficient understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.Speaking - Proficient skills in talking to others to convey information effectively.Judgment and Decision Making - Proficient skills in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the appropriate one.Monitoring - Basic skills in monitoring / assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.Abilities:
