Product Owner

Delivery product to the customer according to the business/quality requirementsAbility to define Business case, Product strategy and lead the realization activities with support from the Scrum masterIdentify risks, implement risk mitigation plan, monitor data analytics, manage alignment with multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with business owners and discipline leadsMake day-to-day decisions to ensure quick and scalable implementationAssess value, develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize product backlog, and track project status, to ensure delivery of high value products on time and within budgetSupport the product team through a period of transitionFoster a culture of collaboration, manage team dynamics, and set clear team goals to create both successful development of solutions and an exciting work environmentContinuously gather customer feedback to inform product improvementsMust have:5+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner role3+ successfully completed productPractical experience how to start a brand new/already started development of commercial softwareHave led product management for digital product solution through its entire lifecycle in a senior or similar product ownership positionBasic knoweledge in development and software quality assuranceGood knowledge of of SDLC, SQLGood understanding of software building including: design, architecture and layers and how database worksExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processFamiliarity with JIRAAnalytical mind and skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsWill be plus:Experience in developing and leading commercial software product including front-end, back-end and API in diff positionBasic understanding of Test AutomationBasic knowledge of Git workflowBasic experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, …)Completed an undergraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or any other related subjectExperience in the relevant industry or domainCertification in product management or a related field (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, or PMI-ACP)Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
