2 weeks agoSummary:The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for performing hands-on operations in the areas of shipping of GMP material, receiving, inspection, storage, transferring, and issuing inventory of materials, drug substances in intermediates, governed by SOPs. The Inventory Control Associate will also assist in overseeing inventory control and maintenance of samples and coordination of shipments of drug products and samples with external contract sites.Responsibilities:Ship GMP bulk drug substances, intermediates, and QC samples with IATA/DOT 19 CFR CertificationReceipt, inspection, and quarantining of GMP raw materials and manufacturing aidesMaterial requisition fulfillment and delivery of GMP raw materials and manufacturing aides to ManufacturingPerform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as requiredProgram, track, and download temperature monitors as required by the businessInventory control and maintenance of drug substances, raw materials, disposables, and manufacturing aidesRevision and writing of departmental reports and SOPs as neededCoordination of external shipments of drug substances and samples with external contract sites as neededAdditional duties as assignedFollow standard practices and procedures such as corporate and departmental SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business fieldA minimum of 2+ years of GMP materials management experienceSoftware aptitude with emphasis on Microsoft Office products and ERP solutionsStrong communication, analytical ability, organization, and writing skillsFlexibility to work in a team setting or independentlyAbility to work flexible hoursAble to lift 50 lbsRate:
$30 - $34 per hourNote:
This is a fully onsite role in North Creek, WA. Contractors are engaged to provide services to Pfizer on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Pfizer. Compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer.
