As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, your career becomes an empowered lifestyle founded on maximizing both your personal and client potential. Under the guidance of a dedicated Pilates manager, you will develop and refine an approach to programming, education, and business development that ensures your Pilates Instructor career is as unlimited as your passion. Secure a stronger future and help us redefine the science of fitness and the art of living.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM:Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each clientConduct initial client’s complimentary assessment and goal settingInstruct private, duet sessions, and semi-private sessionsWork with Pilates Manager to build your book of businessComplete all administrative requirements associated with client managementCollaborate with other departments in the clubProvide excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guestsStrive to have consistent & frequent client activityParticipate in ongoing training and developmentMaintain studio and equipment cleanlinessBuild your business with the flexibility of working 10-40 hoursQualifications
Completion from a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatusMinimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification programValid copy of Pilates certification(s)Essential Physical Requirements:Standing, sitting, walkingSquatting, bending, reachingPushing, pulling, ability to spot and correct clientsAS A PILATES INSTRUCTOR OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:Compensation for internal Pilates continuing education and business developmentAccess to company discounts and free continuing education Pilates workshopsBonus opportunitiesAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits for full-time employeesPathway to Pilates management and Educator opportunitiesAdditional Information
