Call Center Customer Service Rep (Hybrid) - FlexStaff TEMPResponsibilities
Handles 30-50 inbound and outbound calls each day in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentDocuments customer inquiries, issues, transactions, and other relevant information into Salesforce applicationCommunicates clear instructions and education related to scheduled services utilizing appropriate guidelinesDemonstrates critical thinking when assisting patientsAbility to multitask multiple computer applications while speaking with a patientPerforms related duties, as requiredQualifications
High School Diploma, requiredAssociate Degree, preferredMinimum of one (1) year customer service experience, required. Experience in the healthcare industry, preferredExcellent communication and problem resolution skills, requiredExcellent customer service telephone skills; ability to listen attentively and speak clearly in a pleasant, professional manner, requiredExcellent organization, tracking, and follow-up skills, requiredPosition requires several weeks of onsite training in Melville.
