With a focus on safety, quality, and schedule, we deliver exceptional projects while keeping our commitment to great customer service.Type of Work : Mass Timber Erection, Rough Carpentry, and Wood Framing.Responsibilities:Develops budgets & estimates from construction documents and plans.Develops Lump Sum proposals and bid forms.Tracks projects and opportunities for follow up.Communicates with clients regarding scope, constructability, & bid climate.Manages productivity by understanding current team capabilities and driving continuous improvement.Provides solutions to client issues and needs.Has general knowledge of Construction Contracts and the key insurance and damages clauses that need to be reviewed.Performs constructability reviews and identifies alternate means and methods.Supports pre-con team members.Always promotes the highest level of professionalism and ethics.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:5+ years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.Cost planning.Rough Carpentry, Wood Framing, and general construction means and methods.Material take-off/ Bluebeam or OST.Timberline.Communication and client interaction.General estimating knowledge, professionalism, and business acumen.
