$35.00-65.00 PER HOUR OR MORE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. NEGOTIABLE FOR QUALIFIED TALENT.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)At least 2 years experience teaching PilatesCapable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercisesPleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skillsExperience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus-based group classDemonstrated group Reformer instruction abilitiesProfessional and effective communication skillsWillingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically PilatesComfortable adding TRX, Barre, and TriggerPoint modalities to teaching repertoirePassion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminarsPunctual and reliableAbility to implement and streamline new procedures in a diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and proactively communicate with managementTrustworthy and maintains confidentialityStrong problem-solverCORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain open availability for a minimum of 15 hours per weekParticipation in monthly Lead Instructor conference calls and subsequent training of staff regarding topics covered on these callsAssist in managing studio schedule and ensure class types, times, levels and instructors scheduled are ideal to maximize occupancy and client satisfactionEnsure that all images posted on social media sites reflect proper form and safety standards and are in alignment with Club Pilates standardsRegularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and make recommendations to management about updatesDemonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safetyStay up to date with, and implement Club Pilates education standards at all timesTrack and review the other instructors for proficiency and performanceProvide needed mentorship to instructors to ensure their teaching is up to Club Pilates standardsProvide Pilates instruction to include Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduledMust be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including, but not limited to, hand weights, Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe yet creative group experienceAny other duties as assigned
